Power Restore®
90 MINUTES Private
$175-$275
SWEAT. RELEASE. REPEAT.
Based upon the principles of interval training, Power Restore creatively intertwines a strong vinyasa practice with Restorative Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork and more to increase heart rate variability, improve vagal tone (you’ll learn) and encourage homeostasis within the body. Guiding the body to adeptly move between the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system in one comprehensive practice, Power Restore ® facilitates our incredible human potential for self regulation and healing.
Restorative/Yin
75-90 MINUTES Private
$175-$275
Combining two deeply restorative and complimentary practices, restorative/yin will deepen your journey inward. Experience a thoughtful blend of fully propped and supported poses with intentional movements designed to find your edge, promote growth and release tension. This class takes place entirely on the floor.
Ecstatic Breathwork
(+ Restorative Yoga option)
$175-$275
Ecstatic breathwork intentionally stimulates the stress response in the body through repeated, rhythmic cycles of breath. By placing an emphasis on the inhalation (and shifting the relationship of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body), breathwork can provide powerful insight into our relationship with stress, release stored trauma and facilitate our body and mind’s ability to return to balance (nervous system resilience).
Qigong
Qigong is rapidly gaining popularity due to its proven effects on nervous system health.
Come experience this modern spin on an ancient practice, which combines yogic and Daoist philosophy with cutting-edge neuroscience, brain retraining, and embodiment principles to encourage whole-body prevention and healing through a unique Qigong flow.
