Did You Know The Nervous System:

Controls essential body functions like heart rate, blood pressure, and digestion, helping maintain homeostasis and balance across bodily systems

Regulates inflammation, impacting immunity, recovery, and chronic disease via the vagus nerve, a key part of the parasympathetic nervous system?

Interprets pain signals, affecting how we perceive and respond to pain, which can influence chronic pain and recovery from injury?

Significantly impacts mood, stress levels, and overall mental health via the neurotransmitters it produces like serotonin and dopamine?

Influences inflammation and immune responses to protect the body against illness and infection?

Is directly connected with digestive health, affecting nutrient absorption, microbiome balance, and even emotional well-being?

Influences hormone production, stress response, sleep cycles, and metabolism via its close ties to the endocrine system?

Influences aging, as stress and chronic inflammation can accelerate cellular aging, while balance and resilience can slow it down?

Stores memories and responses, and unresolved trauma can result in chronic stress patterns, affecting both mental and physical health?

Enhances our ability to adapt to stress and change, building overall resilience and reducing susceptibility to chronic illness?

A flexible, resilient nervous system is foundational for lasting success on any healing journey. Whether you’re seeking weight loss, relief from chronic stress and anxiety, menopause support, or relief from chronic illness (e.g., Lyme, Long COVID, fibromyalgia), I’m here to walk with you toward wellness.

The Chronic Illness Conundrum

According to the CDC, 6 in 10 Americans have at least one chronic disease, and 4 in 10 live with two or more. The vast majority of these are either preventable or completely reversible through lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.

Menopause in America

Many cultures experience little to no symptoms during menopause. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this transition is known as “the second spring”—a shift of energy, a time of renewal, and an opportunity for greater wisdom. Yet, in recent years, Western culture has turned this beautiful life stage into something feared and out of our control. This disempowered approach can send the body into a cycle of stress and symptomatic overprotection.

The Power Restore Method

Move from surviving to thriving

Drawing from 10+ years of experience and continuous education in health coaching, nutrition, brain retraining, restorative yoga, qigong, and nervous system care, the Power Restore Method combines a comprehensive approach to healing.

My goal is to help those with chronic illness (diagnosed or undiagnosed), anxiety, weight challenges, or an overtaxed nervous system rediscover balance and wholeness.

No two healing journeys are alike. With the Power Restore Method, we honor each person’s bio-individuality—unique genetics, lifestyle, environmental influences, and belief systems. Our time together is a continuous exploration of these variables, helping you shed past stories and limiting beliefs and to trust your body’s innate healing wisdom.

What the Power Restore Method Looks Like:

■ Initial Health Assessment

■ Get to know each other and identify main areas of concern

■ Two (2) 75-minute sessions per month for six months, including:

■ Goal setting and progress tracking

■ Summaries and resource sharing

■ Support navigating healthcare providers, if needed

■ Physical exercises including yoga, qi gong, and breathwork (somatic practices)

■ Accountability support

■ Custom healing playlists

■ Support between sessions via text (a tremendous value-add)

Healing Modalities Explored:

1. Primary Foods: Exploring lifestyle elements such as work-life balance, stress, and media consumption

2. Secondary Foods: Understanding the role of nutrients, diets, and the use of herbs/supplements

I am here as a supportive guide, complementing your doctor and becoming a part of your health team—with you at the helm.

Together, we’ll explore root causes, understand your history, and tackle current health challenges through both top-down (brain retraining/mindset) and bottom-up (somatic) approaches.

Let’s build your custom path to healing and wholeness.
